Subscription & Connection Guide

FAQs & Connection Troubleshooting

Organized around real steps, from account creation and subscription import to route selection and refund requests. Start by identifying the relevant category, then check each item based on your device and client status.

01 / ACCOUNT

Account & Subscription

Manage account creation, device changes, client downloads and subscription updates. If subscription import fails, return to the user panel and copy the complete content again.

What do I need to prepare to sign up for DvVPN?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Save both securely and avoid reusing the same password on other services. After signing up, choose a plan, get the client, and manage your subscription from the user panel.

How do I update my subscription link?

Find your current subscription in the client, then choose the option to update or refresh it. If the route list does not change, copy the subscription again from the user panel and replace the old entry. Do not share the subscription content, as it identifies your account’s service configuration.

Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices?

No. DvVPN has no device limit, and the same account’s active subscription can be used on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux devices. When switching devices, get the client and subscription from the user panel, then follow the import steps for the new device.

Which systems support DvVPN?

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. Client downloads are available in the user panel; after signing in, choose the client for your system. Import the subscription after installation, and avoid installers or unfamiliar subscriptions from unknown sources.

Why can’t I see any routes after importing my subscription?

First confirm that the subscription is still active, then run the client’s subscription update. If the list remains blank, delete the old subscription, copy it again from the user panel, and import it. Also check for spaces accidentally added around the link and confirm that the client has normal network access.

02 / CONNECTION

Connections & Issues

A connected status only means that the client has established a network tunnel. Websites, apps, system permissions and the local network still need to be checked separately.

The client says it is connected, but websites still won’t load. What should I do?

Disconnect, switch routes, and reopen the target website. If the browser is still using the old connection, quit it completely and try again. Also check the system time, the client’s system proxy or VPN permissions, and whether your local network can open common websites normally.

Why isn’t a particular app using the accelerated route?

Some apps keep existing connections or are affected by the client’s split-routing rules. After connecting to a route, fully close the app and restart it. Then check whether the client is using global mode or rule mode as appropriate. If only that app is affected, switch routes and clear its network cache.

How should I troubleshoot frequent disconnections?

First make sure your local Wi-Fi or wired connection is stable. Then disable system power-saving restrictions so the client is not paused in the background. Update the subscription and test another route. If the same issue occurs across multiple networks, submit a ticket from the user panel and describe your system and client behavior.

What should I do if subscription import reports a format error?

Usually, copy the complete subscription again, making sure the beginning, ending and parameters are all included. Confirm that you are using the subscription provided in the DvVPN user panel, not the page address in the browser’s address bar. If the client already has a configuration with the same name, delete it before importing again.

How can I confirm that the connection is working?

After connecting, check the client status, then visit the target service to confirm that its content region matches the selected route. If it still shows your local network status, restart the target app or browser and test again. During verification, do not run other software that changes the system proxy or network routing.

03 / ROUTES

Speed & Routes

Speed is affected by the local network, target service, route region and current transfer activity. Match the region first, then compare actual connection performance when choosing a route.

What should I do if things slow down during peak hours?

Pause bandwidth-heavy tasks such as downloads, cloud sync and system updates, then try another route in the same region. If the target service does not require a specific region, choose a closer route. Reopen the video or webpage after connecting instead of continuing an old network session.

What principles should I use when choosing a route?

For everyday browsing, prefer a nearby, stable route. For region-restricted content, choose the region matching the content. When using AI Tools, compare actual response times among regions where the service works normally. The route name is not the only indicator of speed; test performance on your current network.

What should I do if Streaming reports an unsupported region or proxy error?

First confirm that the route region matches the content region you want to watch, then fully quit the Streaming app or browser. Switch to another route in the same region, sign in to the target service again, and clear old site data. A mismatch between the account region, content licensing region and current exit region may also affect playback.

How do I fix an AI tool that loads slowly or keeps loading?

Switch routes and establish a new session first. Avoid continuing to use the same page that has been open for a long time before and after switching. Then disable other network proxies in browser extensions and check that the system time is correct. If the page opens but responds slowly, compare a closer available region.

How should I understand 110+ countries / 170+ routes?

DvVPN covers 110+ countries / 170+ routes. A country or region indicates the exit location, while a route is a connection entry available in the client subscription. You do not need to stick to one route; switch according to the target service’s region and your current network conditions.

04 / BILLING

Billing & Refunds

Monthly subscriptions reset traffic on the activation date, while data plans remain valid until used. Before buying or upgrading, distinguish between the two options’ billing cycles and usage rules.

What monthly subscription plans are available?

Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your typical use of video, browsing, file transfers and multiple devices. Traffic for every monthly plan resets each month on the activation date.

When does monthly subscription traffic reset?

Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. The user panel shows your current subscription status, so use its cycle details to plan your usage. Unused monthly-plan traffic and permanently valid data plans follow different billing models.

How is a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade calculated?

For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Before upgrading, review your current and target plans in the user panel, then confirm the change. If you only need extra traffic occasionally, compare the rules for data plans and monthly subscriptions before choosing.

What data plans are available, and do they expire?

Data plans include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular usage or pay-as-you-use needs. They are separate from monthly subscriptions, which reset each month on the activation date.

Which payment methods are supported, and how do I request a refund?

Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are supported, with 30-day refunds available. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket page, select the relevant order and describe your request. Before submitting, check the plan status, order record and payment method; processing follows the refund policy.
